Jake’s construction practice leverages his experience in business and real estate transactional matters to address mechanics’ liens and other construction disputes, as well as to negotiate and draft construction agreements. He assists contractors and construction managers, owners, developers, and construction industry professionals of all kinds.
Prior to joining Perkins Thompson in June of 2025, Jake was a shareholder at another South Portland firm serving clients in the above areas of law. Jake received his law degree from the University of Maine School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
