Dawn Harmon selected to serve on United States District Court of Maine’s Civil Discourse Program Committee

Dawn Harmon has been selected to serve on the United States District Court of Maine’s Civil Discourse Program Committee.  The Committee was formed to launch a pilot project, Civil Discourse and Difficult Decisions.  For high school and college students, Civil Discourse and Difficult Decisions is a national initiative of the federal courts that brings these students into federal courthouses for legal proceedings that stem from situations in which law-abiding young people can find themselves.
