Tony is a Shareholder at Perkins Thompson and a member of the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy, Construction Law, Litigation, Banking and Financial Services, and Business and Corporate Law practice groups.
Tony represents Chapter 7 trustees, and various parties in formal insolvency and collection proceedings and out-of-court workouts. Tony has extensive experience in consumer and commercial banking matters in bankruptcy courts throughout New England. He also serves on the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Maine and has acted as trustee in Chapter 11 and Chapter 12 cases.
In addition, Tony assists homeowners, contractors, and subcontractors with contract and collections disputes and issues, helping his clients find efficient and effective resolutions to their problems.
Before commencing the practice of law in Maine, Tony clerked for Justice Donald Alexander of the Maine Supreme Judicial Court.
